Only Wright Usonian style home in Southern California, designed and built in 1939 and is a small house, at a level of about 1,200 square feet - with a terrace that looks almost as big as the house itself. Is of red brick and wooden houses in contrast to concrete "textile" blocks that house designed and built in the 1920s as Mallow and Ennis.
